Oven Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef round steak, cut into 1 inch strips or use cubes
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1 beef bouillon cube, crushed or 1 tsp. instant bouillon
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Place meat, onion and mushrooms in appropriate size baking dish.
    In separate bowl, stir together soup, Worcestershire, pepper and bouillon and pour over the meat.
    Cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until beef is tender.
    Remove from oven, stir in sour cream.
    Serve over warm, cooked noodles.
    Serves 6 to 8.
