Dorothy'S Church Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can Thank-You cherry pie filling
1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt margarine; add cake mix and nuts. It will be lumpy; set aside.
Spread pie filling in a 9 x 9-inch Corningware dish.
Sprinkle on lemon juice.
Sprinkle cake mixture on top.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes until brown.
