White Sauce From Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant nonfat dry milk or 1 1/2 c. regular nonfat dry milk
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine dry milk, flour and salt, mixing well. With pastry blender, cut in butter or margarine until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
    Lightly pack into large, airtight container.
    Store in refrigerator; use within 2 months.
    Makes 1 quart mix, enough for 8 cups sauce.
