Pasta With Lemon Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

8 oz. spinach angel hair
2 carrots (about 1/4 lb.), peeled and slivered
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat butter in heavy saucepan.
Add carrot strips and lemon rind.
Cook, stirring about 2 minutes.
Add wine.
Cook about 1 minute.
Add lemon juice.
Cook about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add cream and bring to a boil.
