Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe

2 1/2 lb. coarsely shredded cabbage
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water (drained from cabbage)
1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 lb. or 2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 c. fluffy bread crumbs

cabbage in boiling, salted water;
cover and let boil 7 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
