Tuna Tabouli(Strict Fast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can white tuna in water
    1 c. bulgur wheat
    2 c. boiling water
    1 small onion, minced
    1 medium tomato, chopped (take out seeds)
    1 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    romaine lettuce
Preparation
    Drain tuna.
    Soak bulgur in water 1 hour.
    Drain well. Combine with onion, tomato, parsley, oil, lemon juice, vinegar and salt.
    Break tuna with a fork.
    Fold into bulgur mixture.
    Chill. Spoon into salad bowl lined with lettuce.
