Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hash brown potato mix with onion
    2 c. hot water
    6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 lb. pork sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
    picante sauce (optional)
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Combine hash brown potato mix and water.
    Stir well.
    Let stand covered 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Heat tortillas in foil in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Combine hash browns, eggs, sausage, salt and pepper.
    Stir well.
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add egg mixture.
    Cook over low heat, stirring gently, until eggs are soft. Fill each tortilla with 1/2 cup egg mixture and cheese, picante sauce and sour cream if desired.
    Roll up, placing seam side down. Makes 6.
