Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 1/4 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained
    1 (4 oz.) stack Ritz crackers
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    2 sticks butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place Veg-All in 1 1/2-quart dish.
    In saucepan, melt 1 stick butter and Cheez Whiz.
    Pour cheese mixture over vegetables. Crumble Ritz crackers on top of casserole.
    Melt 1 stick butter and pour over crackers.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 until top is brown.
