Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 can tomato soup
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cook carrots for 7 minutes; drain.
    Add to remaining ingredients.
    Let cool at room temperature.
    Serve.
