Corned Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corned beef
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 small can olives (sliced)
1/2 onion, chopped
1 c. catsup
butter
1 pkg. sourdough rolls
Preparation

Flake corned beef into a bowl.
Add cheese, olives and onion. Mix well.
Add catsup and mix to moisten.
You may need more catsup to develop a spreading consistency.
Slice rolls and butter each half.
Mound corned beef mixture on bottom half of roll and top with the other half of the roll.
Wrap sandwiches in foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is hot.
