Broccoli Quiche(The Impudent Oyster) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. broccoli florets, slightly cooked
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    nutmeg
    paprika
    pie crust for 9-inch pie pan
Preparation
    Arrange broccoli and the cheese in 9-inch pie crust.
    Mix mayonnaise, milk and eggs.
    Pour over broccoli and cheese. Sprinkle with nutmeg and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
