Easy Hot Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. water (105~ to 115~)
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    4 c. sifted bread flour
Preparation
    Place warm water in a mixing bowl.
    Stir in yeast, sugar, salt and margarine.
    Add eggs and 2 cups flour.
    Combine ingredients with mixer at low speed until all are moistened, approximately 2 minutes.
    Add 2 cups of flour and blend until batter is smooth. Fill greased muffin cups a scant half full.
    Allow to rise in a warm place until batter reaches top of cups, 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yield: 2 dozen.
