Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. spaghetti
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 small onion, diced
1/4 c. flour
3 c. milk
1 chicken bouillon cube or tsp. granules
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cracked pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. margarine
4 slices sandwich bread
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms with juice (optional)
2 c. cooked, cubed turkey or chicken
Preparation

Cook spaghetti as directed.
Drain.
Return to pot to keep warm.
In a 2-quart pan, over medium heat, saute onion in 3 tablespoons margarine.
Stir in flour until blended.
Gradually stir in milk, bouillon, salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
Tear bread into small pieces to make 2 cups coarse bread crumbs.
