Cabbage Patch Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can red or pinto beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 10 oz. can ro-tel
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small head of cabbage, chopped
    1 small can tomato sauce (or paste)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Simmer 45 minutes after bringing to a boil.
    Good made in a crock and easy.
    May add water if too thick.
    May substitute chicken for beef.
    About 100 calories per cup.
