Ground Turkey Meat Loaf(Low-Fat - No-Salt) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh ground turkey breast
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1 beaten egg
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    1/3 c. fresh parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In medium-sized bowl, mix oats, egg and water.
    Add onion, celery, parsley flakes and thyme.
    Mix well.
    Add 1/2 turkey and mix.
    Add remaining half and mix well.
    Form into loaf and place in a shallow baking pan, greased with a few drops of cooking oil. (Grease nonstick pan also.) Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
