Mrs. Sarner'S Oatmeal Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. quick oats
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla or almond
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and butter.
    Add flour, oatmeal and other ingredients.
    Roll in little balls and place on cookie sheet. Press with fork to flatten a little.
    Bake in moderate oven 8 to 10 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
    Roll again later.
