Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. finely diced bananas
1 c. chopped pecans or black walnuts
Preparation

Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together.
Cream sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla together.
Add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add undrained crushed pineapple and mix well, but do not use electric mixer.
Add diced bananas and nuts.
Batter will be thick.
Pour into well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
