Eggless Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cold water (make sure it's cold)
    2/3 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat at medium speed for approximately 2 minutes.
    Note:
    Batter will be very runny.
    Pour into a tube pan (greased) and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
