Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 9 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. oleo
    1/2 c. white syrup
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil sugar, oleo, salt, syrup and vanilla for 15 minutes or to hard crack stage.
    Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 teaspoon soda. Mix well.
    Pour over popcorn and mix and mix.
    Place in oven at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir one or twice during the hour.
    Keep airtight.
