Chevy Pinch-Penny Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. scalded milk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    8 or 9 c. sifted flour
    melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine margarine, sugar, salt and hot milk.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Soften yeast in warm water; add sugar and let stand for 20 minutes.
    Combine yeast with milk mixture.
    Add beaten eggs and as much flour as can be stirred into the dough.
    Brush top with melted margarine and let stand in a large bowl in refrigerator overnight.
    Next day, cut dough down with a knife.
    Shape into small balls, put in greased muffin pans and let rise until double in bulk.
    Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
