Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large sweet potatoes
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. orange juice
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes in water to cover until soft.
    Drain and peel potatoes.
    Beat potatoes with an electric mixer until creamy. Add butter, orange juice, eggs and sugar, beating well.
    Spoon potato mixture into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish. Cover with topping and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
