Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. package of frozen mixed vegetables
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine and pour into baking dish. Crush 14 oz. package of Ritz Crackers and mix with 1 stick melted butter. Sprinkle on top and bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
