Venison Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. ground meat, cooked
    14 c. ground apples
    2 lb. raisins
    2 lb. currants
    4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. plain salt
    1/2 lb. ground suet
    1 qt. vinegar
    6 c. meat stock
    1 lemon (juice and rind), grind the rind
    1 orange (juice and rind), grind the rind
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat about 1 hour. Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
