Rumaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 lb. sweet bacon, cut strips in half
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 box toothpicks
Preparation
    Roll up 1 liver and 1 water chestnut in bacon strip; hold together with toothpick.
    Bake in oven at 425\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes or until bacon is done (turn once).
    Can broil also, being careful not to burn.
    Serve hot.
