Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. boiling water
4 to 5 serving amount dry instant potatoes
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Saute onion in butter in medium saucepan.
Add boiling water and instant mashed potatoes; blend well.
Slowly add evaporated milk, stirring constantly to blend well.
Add salt, celery salt and pepper.
Heat mixture just until it begins to boil.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
(You may sprinkle grated cheese on top, if desired.)
