Toasted Coconut Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can coconut, lightly toasted
    1/2 c. pecans, broken
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    Cool Whip (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine eggs, sugar, butter, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
    Stir in coconut and pecans.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, or until filling is set.
    Cool; garnish with whipped cream and pecans.
