Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 cherry tomatoes
    1 c. ground smoked turkey slices
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
    salt to taste
    grated Parmesan cheese
    fresh parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Wash tomatoes thoroughly.
    Cut a thin slice from top of each tomato; carefully scoop out pulp, reserving pulp for other uses. Invert shells on paper towels to drain.
    Combine next 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat at low speed until smooth. Spoon about 2 teaspoons turkey mixture into tomato shells. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with parsley sprig.
    Chill. Yields about 24 appetizer servings.
