Vegetable Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans green beans, drained
    2 medium onions, sliced
    2 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 (17 oz.) can tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    6 pork chops
Preparation
    Layer beans, onions and potatoes in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Repeat layers.
    Pour tomatoes over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Place pork chops over tomatoes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    After 30 minutes of cooking, baste meat and vegetables well.
    Yields 6 servings.
