Hominy Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (303 size) hominy
1/4 c. diced onion
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, diced
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Drain hominy, place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Add onion and pimento.
Blend flour and butter, add milk and grated cheese and salt.
Cook over low heat until thick and pour over hominy.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
