Apple Dapel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. diced fresh apples
    2 c. nuts, cut
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together; mix well.
    Pour into a floured long, deep baking pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
