Gnocchi Parisienne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. unsifted all purpose flour
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. grated natural Swiss cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine 1 c. water, 1/2 c. butter and 1 tsp. salt; bring to boiling.
    Remove from heat.
    With wooden spoon, beat in 1 c. flour.
    Over low heat, beat mixture until it leaves side of pan and forms a ball-1 to 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating with electric mixer or wooden spoon after each addition until well blended; continue beating until dough is shiny and satiny.
    Stir in 1/4 c. cheese and the mustard until well blended.
