Elsie'S Chess Pie Meringue - cooking recipe

2 egg whites
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
vanilla
Preparation

Stiffly beat the 2 egg whites and salt.
Add 2 tablespoons sugar and a little vanilla.
Beat well and spread on cooked pie. Brown for about 12 minutes in a 360\u00b0 oven.
