Meatball Geneva - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. applesauce
1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. apple juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except catsup and apple juice.
Mix lightly.
Shape into bite size meatballs.
Brown on both sides. Place in baking dish.
Combine catsup and apple juice.
Pour over meatballs.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 3 or 4.
