Lo-Fat Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    3 cans cold water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry)
Preparation
    Spread rice in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Arrange salted and peppered chicken over the rice.
    Add water.
    Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over chicken.
    Cover with mushroom soup.
    Cover pan with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 2 hours.
