Shrimp Mozambique Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 large or 48 small shrimp
    1/2 tsp. salt
    hot sauce to taste
    1 Tbsp. dry parsley
    1 pkg. Goya (Spanish spice) to give color and taste
    1/4 c. beer
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    First, put the olive oil, margarine and the garlic in a frying pan.
    After that, put the shrimp in the frying pan.
    Wait until the shrimp change color, then add the salt, hot sauce, parsley and 1/4 cup of beer.
    Let it cook for 3 minutes and add the Goya; mix it well and serve it with fries or rice on the side.
