Apple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped apple, unpeeled
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch or 2 small loaf pans.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
