Lemon Fish Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. oleo
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chicken bouillon or 2 cubes
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. shredded cheese
8 fish fillets (like flounder or a thinner fish you can roll)
paprika
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
Preparation

Melt oleo, lemon juice and bouillon.
Heat slowly until bouillon dissolves.
In a medium bowl mix rice, broccoli, cheese and 1/4 cup lemon oleo sauce.
Divide among fillets.
Roll up and place seam side down in a baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce over roll-ups.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Garnish with paprika.
