Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 (8 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add rice, soups, chopped onion, mushroom pieces and water into baking dish.
    Mix all ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Place chicken breasts on top of mixture and cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and remove foil.
    Continue to bake for 15 minutes.
