Potato Skin Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cooked and diced potatoes (skins on)
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. fried and crumbled bacon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Pat into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
