Crisp Baked Chicken(Fat: 3 Grams Per Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 c. skim milk
    Lawry's seasoned salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Soak chicken in milk for 30 minutes.
    Remove from milk; season with salt and pepper.
    Roll each chicken breast in corn flake crumbs and set aside for 10 minutes.
    Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and arrange chicken in dish.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4.
