Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Brown onion and garlic in butter.
    Stir in meat and brown. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add soup and stir.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly.
    Sprinkle on parsley and serve over noodles or rice.
