Creole Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milt
    red pepper to taste
    1/2 c. crab meat
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. seafood seasoning
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Melt butter in large pan; add flour, then add milt slowly. Stir until thick.
    Add crab meat, parsley and onions.
    Add seasonings accordingly.
    Let set at least 2 hours (if mixture is not thick enough to form, add bread crumbs).
    Form into round patties and cover the outside with bread crumbs.
    Top each round with a \"pat\" of butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
