Honey Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. cooking apples
    1 c. honey
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Wash apples without peeling or coring; cut them into quarters. Place them in large saucepan; add water, cover and cook over medium low heat 20 minutes or until apples are soft, stirring occasionally.
    Strain apples through colander; add honey.
    Stir to blend.
    Makes about 6 cups.
