Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 lb. large fresh shrimp, shelled and drained
Preparation
    Melt butter; add oil, 1/2 parsley, garlic powder, salt, cayenne and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Add shrimp, tossing gently with butter mixture.
    Arrange in skillet in single layer.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
