Sausage-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage (lean)
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Lightly brown sausage.
    Mix cheese, sausage and Bisquick.
    Roll in balls, 1 inch in diameter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Can be made ahead and frozen.
    Heat in 375\u00b0 oven 10 minutes before serving.
