Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans consomme or beef broth
    1 c. rice
    2 cans mushroom pieces
    1 cube butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute rice, onion and mushrooms in butter. Add consomme. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
