Peanut-Butter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. orange peel, grated
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. margarine, softened
    1 egg
Preparation
    The day before serving:
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    In medium bowl, with fork, mix flour, sugar, orange peel, baking powder and salt.
    In small bowl, with wire whisk or fork, beat milk, peanut butter, margarine and egg until wel mixed.
    Stir peanut butter mixture into flour mixture just until flour is moistened.
    Pour batter into pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool.
    Yields 1 loaf.
