Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 small zucchini
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. beef broth
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. basil
pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 medium tomato, cut up small
Preparation

Squash should be parboiled about 5 minutes before adding other ingredients.
Slice zucchini lengthwise, take out seeds (reserve). Brown hamburger, add tomatoes, centers from zucchini, beef broth, seasonings; let cook a few minutes.
Thicken with cornstarch.
Lay squash flat in a dish; fill with above mixture.
Sprinkle grated Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake 5 minutes to melt.
