Italian Meat Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. A.1.
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. tomato sauce
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except barbecue sauce and cheese in a 2-quart round dish.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Microwave on Medium-high (70%) for 14 to 17 minutes.
    Top with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and cheese.
    Microwave, uncovered, on Medium-high for 2 to 4 minutes.
    Let it stand 5 to 6 minutes.
