Mexican Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 cans cream-style corn (16 oz. can)
    2 eggs
    2 cans green chilies, chopped
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine oil, corn, garlic, eggs and cornmeal.
    Spread 1/2 of mixture in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with 1/2 chilies and cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
